Q. I Have Placed an Order but it does not Appear in ‘My Account' Section?
A. Do not worry!You might be experiencing some slight delay in the updating of your order details in the ‘My Account' section. Sometimes our systems are flooded with new orders, please be patient—Your order details will be automatically updated soon.

Q. Can I Change the Billing Address for My Account?
A. Yes. Changing your Billing Address is easy and simple. Just go to My Account>Billing & Shipping Address, change your details/information and click on Save. Your Billing Address is now updated!

Q. Can I Change the Shipping Address for My Particular Order?
A. Sorry! Once with an order already placed, you will not be able to make any further changes to your Shipping Address for that particular Order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Q. When will my Acsential order ship?
A. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). For orders within Guwahati, we process and ship orders within 24 hours. Some orders will may take longer depending on the pincodes.. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately. If you'd like to request a specific delivery time, please email us at support@acsentials.com. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order or delivery time.

Q. Through what carrier do you ship?
A. We use Aramex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Gojavas and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes and domestic shipping is free. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. Please visit Track Order section in the footer, to track your shipment using this number.

Q. Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?
A. While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Q. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?
A. Changed your mind, No Problem! We understand you may change your mind, we are happy to offer a 07-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with store credit only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The only exception is for Free Gifts or SALE items - these items are FINAL SALE ONLY. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Your return shipping charges will be free if you choose to use our logistics partners. Please email us at support@acsentials.com for pick-up instructions. Q. My Item Arrived Damaged or Defective, What should I Do?
A. All the products available at Acsentials go through a rigorous quality check before being dispatched to our customers.However, if on a rare chance you have received any damaged/defective product please send an email to support@acsentials.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs. Our customer care team will assist you accordingly.
Your refund will be done as NEFT for payments made through cash on delivery mode, and if your payment was made through credit/ debit card or by net banking then the amount will be credited back to your bank account from where the payment was made.

Q. Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?
A. Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges.

Q. How will I know if you've received my return package?
A. Once you send us your parcel, please allow for two weeks for your package to arrive. If the product passes our quality check, we will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or by generating a coupon code. The coupon code and store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of its issuance.

Q. I want something that's sold out! What should I do?
A. You can simply click on the "Feedback" button and fill in your contact details. If we're able to restock that item, you'll be sure to get an email from us!
